how do you get to island 8, 9 and the other islands they talk about?
i just cant figure it out!

Island 8 and 9 I believe are the islands that have the Legendary Pokemon on them (?). You can only get there with an Action Replay/Gameshark, or by going to a Nintendo Event (past, so you'll need a time machine) to be able to go there.
