on 7 island there are those chamber ruins. they say that theres a pokemon in the big one. is it true? if so wats the pokemon and how do you get it?

the only pokemon that i know that you can get there is unknown, but there are unknown in every other chamber too
there may be some hidden pokemon if u use mystery gift, which u can't unless you go to a nintendo event, but i doubt that there is some rare pokemon in there with or without mystery gift

There are no rare pokemon except for Unknown in the Tanoby Ruins. Mystery gift only alters with altering cave, north of Mauville.

How do u get HO-OH and Lugia

You get them by using the mystic ticket to go to navel rock and you can get them both there. you can only go their once. To get the mystic ticket you need to go to a nintendo event.

During the start of the game can you get a starter pokemon shiny?
