to get jeroxy you need to get jerochi from ruby or sapphire. and you need to get deoxy from 9 island. to get nine island you need to use mystery gift to get the mystic ticket. i dont remember how to get the mystic ticket from mystery gift. and you are suposed to mate them. it does not work in every game. if it does work you are to atleast walk over 150,000 steps. if it works the guy will have an egg.

to get celebi you will need to get the mystic ticket. you need to find a green waterfall on 8 or 9 island.
