you find electabuzz in fire red in the power plant and you get syther from the celadon game corner

you can only duplicate on emerald.
Go to the the battle tower and go over to the PC before entering the PC save. now enter the PC and get the poke'mon that you want to duplicate. go to the closest lady to you and she will start blabbing on and in will start to save. wait till it says "SAVING DO NOT TURN OFF THE POWER" Turn off the power. when you turn it back on it will say the save file was corrupted go to continue and you will have duplicated.
Warning the cheat has to have presice timing so keep trying. P.S will not work on Groundon, Kyogre or Raywaza.
