uhh, did u use dig in the earthquake cave at the front middle?

Yes, I got through all of that. I went up to the wall that said Relicanth first, Wailmer last, and had them in that order, but there was no earthquake

Does anyone know what went wrong? 🤔

Yes it's Emerald. And as I said earlier, I tried it both ways and it didn't work. My question is do have to do anything besides beating the Elite Four? 🤔

well in the desert place u have to go in the middle and use fly

That will be helpful in the future, but not now. that stuff doesn't work yet because the caves aren't unlocked yet, the earthquake didn't happen for some reason, and I don't know why! This problem isn't only affecting my game either, my brother's also isn't doing the earthquake! It's making me crazy! 😵

Has anyone here played Rygar? and if so how do you get to the second level of the left tower?
