The only adice I could give you is to try to lead the target a little bit or to wait for them to stop moving. Patience is the key. and sometimes it helps to go for the larger, more obvious targets like wookies or stormtroopers

If There Running While Your Trying To Hit Them,Move An Inch Ahead Of The Direction There Walking In And Then Fire.It Should Hit Them Then.
