you have to do the misc missions in san fierro i bought it and now i gain 16,000 from it and i have all 6 import tuners done up to the MAX

i figured it out you have to beat the driving school and some guy from the garage calls you and tells u its or sale and anyways i have already gone threw all of the lists in two days (1 at at 11:00 at night and the rest the next day)
