it wont let me battle norman wut do i do. i think ive done everything right but im not sure. ive been checking walkthroughs all day but none of them work at all so if anyone can help i will be for ever grateful.

you have to have 4 badges, thats all

i never beat brawly until ive beat flannery because he can nearly always kick my ass beause i use mudkips and i always mean to train up the ralts i always catch to beat him but i never get around to it
