One program allows you to use DL in windowed mode. Then you can alt+tab to the other program and "cheat". You can increase adv points, money, and any other number. Select DL from the drop down, search for the number, change the number value ingame, search for the new number and so on. Fairly easy, just takes a little bit of time to figure out.
