ok. join the thiefs guild, make it to gentleman jim stacy, and do a coupla jobs for him, he will give it to you as a reward, he is also the master thief so if you do enough jobs you will become the master thief

he is in the back of a booksellers shop i vivec foriegn quarter canal works, but i dont know if he has it on him

I didn't feel like doing all of those quests, so let's just say Gentleman Jim Stacy is no more And luckily for me, he had the skeleton key on him It doesn't really change much, since I had a spell to open locks up to lv100 and my security skill is lv100, but it's still cool to have

well if you wanted to be the master theif its not that hard, it only takes about 2 hours
