Hmm let me think,
Oh yeah Nirnroot- Player.additem 00043940 1
gives you 1 nirnroot... easy!

Actually, it's 0004E940 1. Also, instead of a 1 on the end, put a 100 and you have 100 nirnroot and you can finish the quest.

Look here. Click on this [url]www.uesp.net/oblivion/map/obmap.shtml?centeron=Clavicus%20Vile'>Link and it will take you to a interactive oblivion map. Like google earth. Then click on search and type nirnroot and click search and you get your nirnroot locations.
