how do you knoqw when aliens are near? because lastnight my gadren pond was glowing red :S and i thought ooh aliens! immeadietly bought a telescope and started stargazing but did my guy get abducted? NO! have i misssed something? or are red glowing ponds the new black?
i don't know why ur pond was glowing red. but when aliens come u see the UFO approaching and whoever's getting abducted will get abducted with a bright light and every other sim in the house will get the action to go see that sim getting abducted. hope this helps!
Also, if u want to see what and abduction looks like type in boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true in neighborhood mode. then go to a lot and shift+click on a telescope nd choose get abducted.

is there no other way than boolproop or yeah thingy,? coz i've heard it messes up peoples games and i've put alot of care into my sims games.
but i REALLY wnna get a guy abducted! i want payback!
well...u can try the REALLY hard way. in which u get a sim to stargaze with the most expensive telescope at night. but.. i suggest u try boolProp. i've done it numerous times nd it hasn't messed up my game. Just never do force error in anything and turn it off after u are done using it. u turn it off by typing boolProp testingcheatsEnabled false.
