ok i am in the kettle place and what are those weird things on the wall? they are like some kind of code? but wats it do and what is the code?? PLEASE HELP IM SO STUMPED also how do you get into the lighthouse?

i just beat the whole game yesterday. to get into the light house you have to be able to get into holt scottos duffle bag. and when you do there are 2 books you can look at. one of those books has a bookmark with numbers on it. that is the code to the lock in the lighthouse. good luck!
