How to tell it's a custom or not:

1. Right click the avatar and select "view image"

2. If it says "custom_avatara" in the url, it's custom.

Example:
img.cheathappens.com/small_avatars/custom_avatars/user_475.jpg

i dont think it is just those four, if i understood right its any four customs avatars you want to pick, and the reason those four were up was because those were his four picks, now thats what i think he was sayin
