Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando Message Board  

I got my shortcut to Insomniac Museum after buying and upgrading my weapons to their Ultra levels, except the R&C1 weapons(those to Mega), the Zodiac, RYNOII and Clank Zapper not at all. I did not, I repeat, NOT(!) need all skill points. Just so you all know. (I also got the 'Weapon Envy' Skillpoint after buying every weapon that's available in the first run thru the game, and upgrading them, if possible)

there is NO FLAW. I repeat NO FLAW all you have to do is set the eternal clock of the PS2 to 3 o'clock pm and then you get it so you can actually get to it the second you get to that level if you time it right. that is all you need. if you have any questions about the game ask me in my thread.

I know about that way of getting into the museum.
What I mean is the "Shortcuts", that become available in Challenge mode. Once I got all my weapons to their highest levels I got the shortcut. But in every single FAQ about the secrets and stuff, it says you need ALL Weapons, ALL Mods, and ALL Skillpoints.

Da_Man12345, are you saying that all you have to do is set the internal clock on the PS2 to 3:00 and the shortcut to the Insomniac Museum will be open as long as you play the game right after you change the time. By the way does it have to be AM or PM?

AM. They're not called "Insomniac" for nothing y'know :P
just change the time to around 2:50 AM or so, so that you have enough time to reach the planet with the grindcables(electricity wires) and the big fountains. I forgot the name, haven't played it in quite some time.
