haha.the knightmon are programmed not to be defeated by anyone in this game. actually, you need to defeat another bosses before entering amaterasu city such as suzaku leader(in amaterasu, i did't know), and etc.(i forgot). i suggest you to go to find game FUK(not ****) in this website.

Ah, yes, I remember when i tried to figh Knightmon. Lucky me, I had a recent save! Good luck on entering it!
Only time and me are unstoppable, nothing else is.
