Oh well, For Riku, You should be at least at level 45 (thats what I was at but you may want to be higher) equip the ability Ars Arcanum-use that plenty of times and have nothing but Ethers in you items menu. Use Cure, not potions to heal yourself YOU WILL NEED THE MANY ETHERS!

When Riku shoots out of the circle just use gilde to dodge it and keep your MP high.

For the Torn Page, I don't know what to tell you. I know that there is a torn page in the Professers workshop on the bookself in Holloween Town, try looking there.

For the Hercules Cup, level up, practice fighting with heartless, stock up on ethers and make sure Donald and Goofy have potions but set there customize menu to use potions only in an emergency.

Pinkbobisyours: level up your characters, if you can't beat the Herc cup then you are either under leveled or haven't tried to beat it for about 3 worlds.

Which fight in the Herc cup?
Against Herc you need to throw a barrel at him to make him stop glowing (if he's glowing he is invincible).

Okay so now I am with like the rabbit hole and stuff and I need to find 3 or 4 clues. Well, I have found 2 so far the Footprints and Antenna. But I can't find the other 2! Anyone know where they are?! And also, when I was in the forest place a flower told me to give it a potion to make me big. Is this a good idea ?!

Ok, before you do anything, I would recomend finding all four before going to the trial...you will see why soon enough.

Ok, you found two. They were in the forest right...along with the thrid, just jump on the bushes or whatever and I think you should find the third clue in the forest.

Regarding with the flower, yes, give it a potion and let it make you big. You then have to step on the tree trunk like thing behind you-that will make a path for you right above it to get the last clue. Then, attack the tree untill the fruit is ripe then eat the fruit, get small and head upwards to right above the tree stump thing. Enter the door and be prepared to jump without a lot of room.
