Does the sims2 neighborhood can restart like the one in sims1 one? Like putting the whole nieghborhood back from the one you first played...how?

I NEED HELP!!! PLZZZ... y i cant use any tools from the build slot there.. i cant create any wall grasss flower and all but i can buy the chair and all from the buying slot can anyone help me plzzzzz

yeah what you have to do is uninstall it and then reinstall it ,after that everything should be back to the begining hope I could help

solid snake can you actually get on to the tools menu or is it blocking you?????

i reinstall several times already but end up still the same thing, i can click on the buy mode there everything, i can even drag and use things in the buy mode collections there, but when i clicked to the build mode and clicked the wall there i tried to drag a lot of times b4 but it still end up wif nothing it juz an arrow of the mouse there and doesnt have any hand there.. plzzz help plzzz i appreciate the help of u guys...

did it work before nd suddenlt stop working? or do u have a pirated version. because when u get the pirated version u can't use build mode.
