if my moogle is level 9 and i use a energy crystal. Will it halve the amount i need two times

yes it increases ur moogle lvl and cuts items in half.

no bright crystals level up ur moggle. i want to know If I use a energy crystal which halves the amount stuff i need to synthesize and if I hav lvl 9 moogle. will It halve it twice!!!
