I have gathered all the evidence, but cant get an interogation for Nikki Winters. The csi guy cant give me any clues. I also cant get any matches from the wound on the guys head to any of the mugs or impressions i have as evidence, can someone helpplease!!!

Had the same problem getting Nicky's warrant. What you have to do is compare the fingerprint on the drug bag to the print on the money. Then do a search on the money print and choose one of the available results and one of them is Nicky. After that, ur evidence should be updated and u should be able to get a warrant.
