Cant we get a mod that has all of the features of these mods put together?

yes. but it will take a long time for someone to make that mod because you have to edit for hand

Im willing to do it however I am not sure how exactly... what cancels out what and so forth... If someone could tell me I dont mind doing it.

i think that it is good to download empire or rebel cheat as first and then download any mod you want to add but you cant replace any .XML file you have to edit them for hand. so if you have empire or rebel cheat mod and you want to add realism mod then you have to find out what is diffrent in the realism mod XMLs and add the lines to the same named .XML that is orginaly empire or rebel cheat mod. example: you download realism mod there is PLANETS.XML and you have downloaded empire or rebel cheat mod. so there is a PLANETS.XML in your XML folder from before but you cant overwrit it so you find out what is changed in th realism mods PLANETS.XML and then edit the PLANETS.XML that you had from before.get it?

or an easy way is to download every mod and change the name of the XMLs.
