Uhmm..No offense, but you gotta wait at least 2-8 hours for a reply. We just don't go on Cheat Happens constantly just to help people. And I mean CONSTANTLY. You gotta give us time.
Well anyways.....You get Magnera after Halloween Town the second time. I think the second or first. I don't remember.

Heres the thing.
I'm assuming what you are trying to find is magent magic right?
Well i am too.
I've gone to Splash island and it says i can't move the rock till i get this stuff. Which from reading multiple message boards has come to my attention that you get it after defeating oogie boogie. Well, i've already done oogie boogie and apparently i dont have it. So now i hear its possibly the second time you beat him. well therein lies the problem.
Here is the other problem, the only worlds on my map right now are Hallow Bastion, Twighlight town, land of the dragson, beasts castle, disneys castel, port royal, and splash island... thats it.
Its like halloween town, the alladin place, and all the others that were there have vanished.
I don't know if there was a particular order i was supposed to do the worlds in but i have just finished a sequence in hollow bastion where i fought 1000 heartless and had a bunch of cutscenes where it basically told me that when i was using the keyblade i was releasing hearts that left me in confusion as to whether organization 13 is really good or bad. The i go to splash island, do the whole (incredibly gay and uneccesary) dancing bit only to have flounder tell me i cant do anything wihout magnent magic.
I think my game is glitched, because i have absolutely no clue what to do next.
Is it something i need to equip? Have i done somethign wrong?

Go to the Pirates place. there are new cut scenes. I am having the same problem you are so here a hopefully helpful tip.
P.S. After you beat port royal two places come back. Halloween town & aladins place.
