I keep having trouble when I try to play the game. When the game is starting, after the ubisoft part it freezes. I hit ctr+alt+del, nothing so I hit spacebar and it restarted my computer. HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😵

Hey I will try it and I dont think it has been used i got it for a present. If it doesnt work i will ask my friend who bought it for me and give them money to get me a new one. THX
