you go to the place where bill used to live in cerulean city, and his grandpa will be there. he'll ask you if you have a pokemon with a long tongue (fyi, it's lickitung), then he'll ask to see a stayu & you'll get a water stone, or maybe it's gloom, or oddish, whichever which one, he'll ask for a vulpix and a pichu also. here's what you'll get from each one.
lickitung=everstone gloom/oddish=leaf stone staryu=water stone vulpix=fire stone pichu=thunder stone hope you're playing silver, because that's what i'm doin'
