1. go to meteor falls
2. go up the waterfall
3. go into the place with the two old people
4. go up the stairs then jump down all the cliff bits staying as far to your left as possible
5. go down the hole
6. go in the water until you see a big hole in front of you
7. go in it and surf up for a while
8. you will find a tm and if you stay long enough and walk around you will find it.
