well you COULD buy a rocket launcher? or shoot him with a shotgun and then he should like fall then you run upto him, press x to climb, then you got to press a button at random as fast as you can to cut. it will die easily :|

I just took out the TMP (I had about 300 bullets) and blasted him in the head till he fell on his knees and then shot at the plagas thing on his back(still the TMP). If you run out of ammo then use the shotgun. And when he gets close stop shooting and run through his legs to the opposite side of the area, do a 180 turn (flick the left analog stick back and tap either square or circle) and keep shooting.
P.S. If you have trouble now just wait till Ashley is with you, your gonna have real problems then.
P.S.(2) If He grabs you get ready to shake the left analog stick.
