ok well if anyone can tell me how to get to a store that sells lockpicks plz tell me in the pm and post it on here ... so i dont have to look everywhere for it

you may be able to buy 1 at the Slash and Smash in the Imperial City, any of the fences for the thieves guild(100 picks) and the Khajiit in the Dark Brotherhood...if you haven't started the thieves guild, get a beggar to like you and tell the beggar you like the gray fox and want to find him and then you will be able to buy picks from Armond in the waterfront around midnight

Get to lvl 10 and do the nocturnal shrine quest, she give you an skeleton lockpick that never brake,Location: go to Leyawiin and folow the roade on the right side north (obvisly ) and you will evansualy fine the shrine, Sorry for some of my englsh words, i am not so good a typing englsh

one helpful thing i have found on the internet is that you can buy an extremely cheep charm spell (made only) that makes others' disposition 100 for a short time, and does not require any high level to use. if you use a spell like this on a guard that is chasing you, then let him talk to you, if the fine is below 1k, he will pay for you. this, however, does not work on count's bodyguards. to get away free from count's bodyguards, use the "resist arrest" option then wait for a regular guard to come. You then charm him, and yeild to him (block and talk to him) and he will pay for you.

This is good for people who are low on money, but if you have a high amount (I have 550,000) it really easy to just pay it off. Which also saves alot of time and trouble.
