get up to around lvl 25 then go into oblivion or kill some marauders.

get to level 20 and wait a week then Gogron from the Dark Brotherhood should be wearing some. Also Seridur's bodyguard should be wearing it.

every container has no limit
I know that, but will Shadowmere stop moving if you load to much stuff in it?

huh? the only way you can put something in/on shadowmere is if you kill it, every horse will keep moving no matter haw much stuff you carry
