You can't get Lex's armour and the best horses are the unicorn (have to go exploring aroun somaways east of some city to some sort of small village and the best one money can buy is the Cheydinnal black horses which cost about 16k for it. Or if your a really good theif you can steal one I guess.

1 get goldbrand and have soul gems with you

2 training increases you skill by 1 point each time you train and you can only train 5 times each level.

3 the arena is a good place or you can join the fighters guild or you can go into forts and caves and aeylied ruins and sell the loot you get.
