why does the custom option in my ceate a family mode not work? i wasn't aware i would have to download anything, which i cant actually do anyway as sism is on my laptop which doesn't have the internet, is there another way? am i missing something?

not really but if you leave you sim how they are and once ur in a lot go to a mirror and click change appearance then you can get all weird colours hair and stuff.
