silver ryhorn-victory road
remoraid fisher wilton calls u and tell theres school of them there

silver rhyhorn? like a shiny ryhorn? or a regular rhyhorn?

regular rhyhorns are on victory road. shiny rhyhrons are 1:4069 or 1:4096 odds. but they're also found at victory road. but rhyhorns are rare (kinda). so its might take you a while to find one.
