Yes, if you want 100% that is. When you first meet O'akka XXIII in Machalania and you have the option of calling the Al'Behd, you should first say you're going to call the Al'Behd, then you will have the option of saying you where serious or kidding, if you say you where kidding you will only need to give O'akka 1,000 gill to remove the debt, if you say you where serious you can get a Megaelixier from the Al'behd.
