How do u catch Latios or latias after u beat the pokemon league, steven, go to the battle frontier, and get beldum and whats that crazy thing about seedots pooping up alll over the place on Route 120?

well...to get Beldum,go to Stevens house in Mosdeep and there should be a pokeball on his desk,take it and there's your Beldum! to get to the Battle Frontier Scott should ask you to go with him to get there.The Seedot thing will just be where a swarm of Seedots have been reported on a news show.Latias and Latios depending which one you choose will just appear randomly like Raikou,Entei and Suicune on Pokemon Gold & Silver
