Between Las Venturas and San Fierro theres a cafe that has a spinning ufo next to it, if you go inside and into a room behind the bartender thes a map on the wall with some marked places on it, i tried checking them out but checked only one of them, but didt find anything.

yeah i also found a floating ufo near the docks where u export cars around midnight on the mission where u have to steal the car from the crates on the ship with caesar. too bad didnt have camera with me to take pic.
