This cheat enables you to control your enemies by dropping a mine with a weak character such as matthew or guy to attract your enemies once an enemy steps on it restart your gba and select resume chapter and voila you can control your enemies which means you can take away their weapons and move them about and easy lvl ups for weak guys like matthew or guy!

Save that cheat for Unfufilled Heart (Chapter 25 Eliwood / 26 Hector) where Vaida and some Wyvern Knights are in the mountains to the north (northwest in Eliwood mode, northeast in Hector mode) where Vaida has a Spear that gives her TREMENDOUS stat boosts. It's the best weapon in the game for physical units, and you might want to save it for the Final Chapter, or the Link Arena, but it also doubles as a thrown weapon since it's a normal Spear with incredible stat boosts.
