How do i get my hotel to 20% and how do i get the aliens to go away when its raining? They freak me out!!

Again, to get to 20% u have to keep buying rooms and the aliens u have to get just close enough to them with ur watergun so his face pops up on the screen (next to the bull's eye/target thingy) and then click the target then squirt a lot either using the A button or the little button that has water drops on it
