go to blacklist and get in to a bounty choose the rosewood pd turn around to start the pursiut,there will be two diamionds take them there will be the bus station in view and on your map shaped like an oval

Camden Beach? I think means tha one is Rosewood. Start at your Safe house bnear the shop, go left and follow that road past Diggys and just keep going through the fences and glass. There ya go.
