How in the keck do you get a warthog to fly without killing yourself???

wow...hold on ...battle rifles that had the same power but shot like smg's,scarab gun in metropolis,real fast sniper bullets,spawning a tank,plasma pistol that shoots plasma gernades, smg builits are rockets ......how do u get these mods or how do u do them?..i know the sword cheat with the rocket to supper jump ..but i never heard of all teh other ones...if u can help me here i would like to know how to do thoes things..thx

never been a big modder. dont like to spend the time to learn a way to kill someone faster when i could spend the time and do it myself

Well, I've never personally done the battle rifle one, the fast sniper bullets, plasma pistol shoots 'nades(grenades), or smg shoots rockets... but I've done the scarab gun thing on metropolis.(like Halospaz, I'm not much of a modder myself) But I'll personal message you on how to do that scarab gun glitch.
