    To catch Celebi get ho-oh,lugia,Rainbow wing,Silver wing,and the three legendary dogs and beat the elite four and have the poke flute. go to that forest where the forest Guarduin sign is and play the poke flute. then Celebi will confront you at Lv.70,Hope you saved your master ball because this is the rarest pokemon in silver/gold/crystel!!!

    or you ca use a gameshark, and where do you get a pokeflute? i thought you could only use it on your radio.
