ok so on the third or fourth mission for woozie, i get upgraded lung capacity and i get into the red blip and it gives the mission title (i forget the actual title.) but then after the cutscene it says i still need to practice to get more lung capacity, but no yellow blip pops up. I even tried to cheat once (didnt save) and used max lung capacity. it still didnt work. any suggestions?

Try NOT cheating, and exercise lungs normally. Get like 1/4 or half of the capacity and try again...
