Hey can someone pleeeease tell me if you can get Celebi in Pokemon Silver with this cheat: "First catch all Unown, then go talk to the guy who updated your Pokedex for Unown. He should take you to a room where five Unown are guarding a pokeball. Defeat the Unown and there's your celebi!" This might be a stupid question, but please tell me if you can get it this way.

errr 20% of it i say yes and 80% i say no......so no

the only way your gonna get Celebi is by gameshark code i think
