    caps lock sucks

    give it more haircuts and grooms and train it and don't let it faint. go to the woman in goldenrod and have her check out evee. when she says "it looks really happy. it must love you a lot" train evee until it gains a level, but do this at night

    You can also get free haircuts from Blue’s sister Daisy if you go to Pallet Town at 3 to 4 in the afternoon.
