Is it possible to have just a first name and no last name or to have no first name but just a last name?

I dont think its possible to have a sim with a first name and no last name and vise versa. You could try the following method but it probably wont work. When you creat a family, dont fill anything in for 'Sims First Name'. Just leave it.

That doesn't work, because when you click the checkmark to say your done the sim in says to add a name for your sim.

Why not just put a space there?
