Franki Fussili is south of your house. it is in the same picture though. u walk about 3 seconds down and go right down the slope. go into the house and go down the 2 floors. u will see franfi at the end of the room

Franki Fusili is in his house. Straight infront of your house there is a tree. Under the tree is his house. You should be able to see his driveway.
