where do you find the guy in the gym after blaine? i think the gym is in Virdian City but i dont know where to find the gym leader because the guy standing next to the gym says that he only comes once in a while. where do you find him? 🤔

above seafoam island pokecentre. he will ask you to battle him at the gym.......

Go to the right of cinnabar island until you get to seafoam islands he should be the only person there

I know! He is found in Cinnibar Island, almost next to the pokemon center. He has anything that makes him feel "blue" because his name is Blue! Talk to him, and he will teleport back in his gym(The Viridian Gym) so you can challenge him.
