the only way to get corrupted files is by catching a misingo (which is a pokemon that is corrupted and sometimes looks like a barcode type thing) or doing a cheat that sometimes corruptes file on game, this is done alot by accident. (this is told on the cheats part on gamespot.com. you will have to start a new game to hopefully fix the probablem. goodluck!

the 3 ledgedary pokemon are radomly at different places. the best way to track and catch them would be to use your pokedex to find where one is and go to the place that the pokedex says where one is, but DO NOT FLY cause it will just run away. keep tracking it till you are exactly where the pokegear map and pokedex says it is. find the nearest patch of grass, but make sure your pokegear map indicates that you are at the same place where the pokedex says it is.keep looking in that spot, you could use sweetscent but keep searching till you find it ( you usually find it after meeting 2-10 pokemon)

the only way to get celebi is a gameshark. you have no way to get it in the game EXCEPT the gameshark. (believe me i should know i tryed and tryed and several site said the same thing only a gameshark, thats how i got mine!)

You can find it in Ecruteak city. Fight the "kimono girls" (Dance theater), talk to the man who is inside there and he will give you SURF.
