In my experiment I got an inference that after you catch Suicune then you didn't encounter any legendary dogs pokemon you can have an easier way to catch it. You can encounter these dogs pokemon at grass where you step on. Keep wandering or use Sweet Scent until you got a weird song.

p:s : This inference has been tested on my game 10 times.So this will work.

p:s : Ready with pokemon that have sleeping technique. It is usefull when you encounter with these legendary dogs.

then u should try a different move (or keep tryin the same one because sometimes the pokemon is usin protect well depends on wat pokemon)LOL if u need help go to TeRm14 messsage board and ask a question and i will answer as soon as i can

it's either your attack missed or it's does'nt effect raikou. i think you might missed the attack....

FIRST YOU HAVE TO REALEASE THEM AND THEN LOOK IN YOUR POKDEX TO WHERE THEY ARE THEN GOT THERE. REMEMBER DO NOT USE FLY OR IT'S LOCATION WILL CHANGE. YOU WILL ENCOUNTER 2-10 POKEMON BEFORE ENCOUNTERING IT. USE MOVES LIKE SLEEP AND MOVES TO MAKE IT NOT RUN AWAY. THEN USE FALSE SWIPE IT WILL LET YOU BRING DOWN THE HP TO ONE AND YOU COULD CATCH WITH A POKEBALL
