How do you paint the vinyls? Please help me i have looked all over for it and I can't find out how

i think u have to unlock it but wut u do is press Square when ur lookin at the vinyl layers.

like my ole' pa' used to say, winners always cheat cheaters always win

press the square botton to change the colour of your grahpics but you can't change unique colours...
