What you do is get in your Rat suit if you got the lair. If not go buy that room at city hall. Then tomorow go to where the freezer is but dont go in. Then go into the big cabinent thing outside the freezer and get the suit on. Then go up and a picture of a rat will start to flash. Tap it and the tool youll need to use will light up. GOOD LUCK.
