lol, feebas is a fish. well GamingZone, if you want to try places that other people have found him, do like a google search or something about feebas and follow the way that they caught it. if that doesnt work, then i guess you just have to try fishing around on route 119, but remember to use a good rod

somebody told me that your popular phrase in Dewford Town randomizes where Feebas appears

Yep, Feebas should only appear on one water tile on route 119. And where the tile is, depends on what you say to the people in Dewford. Unless you use a cheat. Feebas=Milotic= 💛 Milotic rules!!!!!!
